Refund Policy
At MBAssociates Fintax Pvt Ltd (MBAssociates Fintax Private Limited), we invest heavily in the services provided by us and assure your satisfaction with our services and support. We continually strive to provide the best accounting, financial, or secretarial services online. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately, and we will address your concerns, provide a refund, or offer credit that can be used for future MBAssociates Fintax orders.

Write about the engagement which is not up to your expectations. We will escalate the engagement to the concerned person to speed up the process. Please note that while we can control delays on our side, we cannot control delays on the Government side or deficiencies in documents submitted. Kindly bear with our team as we strive to complete your engagement to the best of our ability.
30-Day Refund Policy
If an engagement is not progressing as per your expectations, you can request a refund within 60 days of payment. After 60 days and up to 120 days from the original payment, you can request the refund to be processed as a service credit, which can be used for any future service.
Earned Fee & Cancellation Fee Deduction
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to complete the service. In case you are not satisfied, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government will be applicable. In case of a change of service, the cancellation fee will not be applicable.
Hence, all refunds will be subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. Further, if MBAssociates Fintax has spent time and resources to complete the engagement or incurred any other fees, such fees will be deducted at the company’s discretion, and the balance will be refunded. Under any circumstance, MBAssociates Fintax Pvt Ltd / Private Limited shall be liable to refund only up to 80% of the fee paid by the client.
Change of Service
If you wish to change the service you ordered to a different one, you can request this change within 60 days of purchase. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities (e.g., filing fees, taxes, or other third parties), will be deducted and applied toward the next service. In case of a change of service, there will be no 20% deduction.
Request Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email help@mbassociatesfintax.com along with details of the transaction to begin the refund process. Refunds are normally processed within 3–5 weeks from the date of request along with all relevant information.
Penalty or Tax Payment
MBAssociates Fintax and its team members act as corporate service providers. While we are responsible for preparing the necessary filings, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure accuracy and correctness. Therefore, MBAssociates Fintax will not pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of its clients and is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the client related to the completion of the service that is out of scope.
Factors Outside Our Control
We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular process. For example, the government may reject a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of MBAssociates Fintax services. In some cases, government backlogs or issues with government platforms (e.g., MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) may lead to delays. Similarly, MBAssociates Fintax does not guarantee outcomes for services rendered by associates on external platforms who are not employed by the company. Such delays or issues are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund.
Force Majeure
MBAssociates Fintax shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee or liable under any terms of service for cessation, interruption, or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God, epidemic, famine, plague, court or public authority action, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, or similar events (“Force Majeure Events”).
